Lets Marry (operated by sole proprietor Wenyi Qing, hereinafter "the Platform") is a wedding photo management and sharing platform that provides users with photo upload, review, management, and one-click sharing services. By using this platform, you agree to comply with the following terms.
Account Registration & Security
You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. If you discover unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.
Account Quota & Usage Scope
Registered users receive a certain photo quota and usage scope for uploading, reviewing, managing, and sharing photos. Account quota and validity are allocated by the platform; to enable or adjust them, please contact the administrator.
User Content
The intellectual property rights of the photos and other content you upload belong to you. You grant this platform a license to store, process, and display your content to the extent necessary to provide the service. We will not use your content for any purpose beyond the service. You may not upload photos that violate laws, infringe on others' rights, or contain inappropriate content.
Review Policy
To ensure content quality and compliance, uploaded photos will be reviewed. We reserve the right to reject non-compliant content. You will be notified of review results, and rejected photos will not count toward your quota.
Sharing Feature
Share links generated through this platform are only for displaying photos to your designated friends and family. You are responsible for the distribution scope of share links. We are not liable for content exposure due to link leakage.
Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (or any part thereof) at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or by email.
Disclaimer
The platform provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.
Amendment of Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via platform notifications or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a competent court for litigation.
